Eldoret European Cemetery

The information here is taken from my own recent visit to the cemetery combined with data recorded by Peter Ayres a number of years ago. In between those two visits a number of gravestones have disappeared. In such cases I have included Peter's data with the note "source P Ayres" and, of course, there will be no photographs.

A number of headstones in this cemetery are inscribed in Africaans. Due to the quality of the pictures, the condition of the stones and the fact that I do not speak Africaans there are likely to be many spelling errors in my transcriptions and even a few instances where I could not transcribe at all. Please feel free to contact me with any corrections in such cases.
