Notes: The 5 burials on the island are all of British Royal Naval / Royal Marines personel.

Other Notes: Some of the original wooden headstones from these graves are in Zanzibar. That from Redman's grave is in the House of Wonders Museum. Those of Irwin & Stone are in the stores of the old Peace Museum but too damaged to put on display.
