Directions from Nairobi: After reaching Mau escarpment take the road to Kericho/Kisumu. Then take the first turn to Londiani along the C35 for about 25 to 30km. The turning to Kipkelion will be on the left. Follow the road to the bottom of the hill and continue straight ahead when you reach the T junction. The church will be found a kilometer or so up the hill on the right. To find the Baass memorial go back down to the T junction and turn left. Follow the road a short distance parallel to the railway line. Just as the road makes a sweeping left turn you will see the memorial on the right alongside the track.

Notes:The cemetery is on the opposite side of the road from the church.

Ownership: The church was constructed around 1925 after being financed by Sarah Ann Cocker in memory of her husband who had died on a visit to England. The land was donated by George Hamilton.
